This complex offers an ideal living experience, featuring a contemporary Nestled within the heart of a lush palm oasis in Al Hofuf, this project reimagines the region ’s vernacular architecture as a vibrant cultural and entertainment hub. The design clusters distinct volumes —housing a museum, library, and dining venues —around a dynamic central plaza that serves as the community's social core. This open -air sanctuary features interactive water elements, including a dedicated fishing pond and scenic pools, which create a cooling microclimate. Interwoven with shaded walkways and children’s play areas, the project seamlessly blends heritage, nature, and recreation to offer a holistic family destination design that blends modern and traditional architectural styles. It comprises five, thirteen-story residential towers interconnected by an air-conditioned skywalk that links to Al-Rashid Mall.
