From a functional perspective, the design emphasizes sustainability and efficiency:
- Resource Conservation: The villa was engineered to conserve both energy and water.
- Green Spaces: The plan also focused on increasing the density of green areas on the property.
This dream home was meticulously designed for a client in Riyadh. Spanning 1,085 m², the villa draws inspiration from classic Greek architecture, featuring high ceilings and expansive windows. The pure white palette creates an elegant harmony with interior wood elements and lush greenery. Functionally, the design prioritizes energy and water efficiency while maximizing green spaces.
Key features that define the villa's design include:
- High Ceilings: The design incorporates elevated ceilings to create a sense of space and grandeur.
- Wide Windows: Large, wide windows are used to allow ample natural light and enhance the open feel of the interior.
- Color Palette: A pure white color scheme is used throughout the villa. This was chosen to create an elegant harmony with natural wood elements and indoor plants.
